Down 2-0 going into the third, Sabres explode and win in OT... Al Kotalik's power-play goal with 3.7 seconds left in overtime wins it for Buffalo, 5-4. Kotalik's slap shot was initially stopped by Raycroft but Toronto defenseman Bryan McCabe knocked it into his own net to give the Sabres the victory. Buffalo scored four goals in the third period to force overtime. Jochen Hecht tied the game at 4 late in the third on assists from Connolly and Pominville. Adam Mair sparked the Sabres come back 8 minutes into the third period. Sabres record is now 3-2.
